This company has a lot to learn about customer relations. I was banned from purchasing from them because I returned one defective product. A customer service rep claimed I had "excessive returns." I subsequently got the problem resolved after complaining to a couple forums and contacting a different customer service rep who was a bit more competent than the first. Hopefully it was an isolated incident, but I find the fact that this even happened somewhat disturbing.
