HORRIBLE STORE!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I ordered a desk. They say they don't bill the credit card until it ships. They billed. They said it shipped. It was to be here in 1-3 days. Ha ha ha! I kept calling, and they put a trace on it finally, then 3 more days later said it was lost and my credit card would be credited. I went to the store and bought the same crappy desk. Then, today, another 5 days later, I have a "sorry, we missed you" delivery slip. Oh, and, I still don't have the credit, but they told me it was issued and that it was my credit card company's fault. Regardless, they forgot to isssue the credit for the extended warranty I bought on the product. Arghhh.... Every single step of this process has been hell!
