I ordered a Mitsubishi remote from this vendor. The website showed a photo of the remote I was replacing. It also had the exact same model number of the remote reflected on the Mitsubishi website. So, I placed an order. The item that arrived was a cheap replacement that looks NOTHING like the original remote (or the photo) - it also does not have anywhere close to the same functions. This was a classic "bait and switch". Of course, no return information was enclosed with the product. When I called, I was told to return the product to the return address on the shipping label of the envelope in which the product was sent and my money less the $7.95 shipping and handling charge would be refunded. In essence, I was swindled out of $7.95 (plus the return shipping cost). In my opinion, this is a dishonest internet company.
