I must say they use to have a 1 day turn around time for all rentals\/returns (I\u0027m approx. 30 miles from there Sunnyvale distribution center). They had a large selection of Asian movies, and constantly recieved new ones. But about a year or so ago, everything slowed down. New movies came rarely, turn around time now for me is 2-3 business days and I almost never get any of the newer movies on my rental queue. I\u0027ve since lowered my plan to 2 movies at a time instead of 4. Getting two movies in each envelope is nice, but you must make sure you have atleast 2 availble movies in your rental queue or they wont ship. There advance return feature is really nice, and more benefiical for members further away from the distribution center. They still have a large selection of Asian movies but getting less new inventory now then they use to. I had the package sent to my work address where we have a receptionist present during all normal working hours. Contacted support, basically said it was delivered so they won\u2019t do anything. How could they have if they had put the correct address (my work addy) on the label?
