I ordered two items from Shaper Image for Christmas. Only one of the items I ordered arrived which turned out to be defective. After waiting a couple of days, I called Sharper image and was told that other item was not in stock and there were no plans to order more. I was also told that I would recieve a refund which I never got. I contacted the company via their website and was finally issued a gift certificate for the defective item but still have not received credit or a refund of the other item. I don't understand why I can't seem to get a refund from the people. When I called the customer service line it sounded like they consisted of two teenages working from home. There was a lot of background noise and they had zero product knowledge.
