I ordered twice from them so far and it's gone very well. Fast shipping good service, replies to email within 15 minutes.
I only wish they had more products available.

NCIX.com has been the best experience so far with online shopping. The prices are great, they always some nice rebates/discounts on alot of products and shipping each weeks.
The shipping and processing time has been excellent, longest time I had to wait was 6 days to receive my order including saturday and sunday.
Coming from British Columbia to a city near Montreal to give you an idea. Ive had things closer to my house not come in in this fast.
Their system is also one of the better ones, keeping you up to date where the status of your order is all the way through. I've ordered 3 times from NCIX so far and all 3 times were a pleasant experience, no complaints whatsoever.
They have all kind of neat futures which alot of stores do not have. And they have a good forum user base, which is one of the things you should look out for when ordering online. If they have forums it usually means they care about their clients leaving them good feedback for others to see and know that their service is good enough that they will not get to many negative feedbacks to discourage potential future customers.

At first it was a good online store, ordered a new hdd and dvdrw within two weeks of each other and all went great.
But then I ordered 2000$ of computer parts to build myself a new system and all hell broke loose. It nearly took one month before I finally received all my parts. The reason for those delays was that they were upgrading their systems, I don't want to know how bad it was before. Overall it was waiting game that I never want to have to go through again.
The prices are good, so if you are willing to wait and are a bit more patient than me . It is a good place to order from, otherwise stay away.
Or you might get lucky and received your parts quickly like some of mine. I received some of them within 5 days, which is good. But that should be on a constant basis for all of them. It is of no use to me if I get a new video card and I have no motherboard and case to put it in.
