My experience with CoffeeHots was a disaster!! I made my purchase on November 1st, and was to receive my merchadise in two weeks. Two weeks will be tomorrow, and when I checked my Pay Pal account, the money was still in a pending status. I tried to call the seller several time, but could only leave messages on a personal answering machine. Thank goodness PayPal has a customer guarantee. After my experience, I went online to read some reviews about other customers' purchase experience with CoffeeHots. Over half of the reviews were about the same thing I just went through. I should have went with my first instinct when I was about to make my purchase. I normally only shop through a handful of reputable sites. I only decided to go with Coffeehots because I saw that they offered Paypay, so I thought I could trust them with my purchase. I called PayPal early this afternoon, and they sent the seller an email on my behalf, giving them 72 hours to confirm shipment of my product, or the order would be cancelled. By the time I got home from work, the seller had responded that they had unfortunately just run out of the product, and would refund the money. They thanked me for understanding, what a bunch of crock. Why didn't they let me know that instead of having me wait around for an item that was never coming. I could've spent that time trying to find another one. I will never do business with CoffeeHots again...Thank you PAYPAL!!
