This is a very bad business practice which was discussed time and time again on the online forums concerning the cancellation of orders by Plumbers Surplus. Instead of automatically believing the negative comments, I decided to give the company a chance ! <br><br>I not only placed the order online, but called and spoke with a phone representative that assured me that the items were in stock. It is wasting my valuable time, assuming a product is on the way and it is not. <br><br>I too am joining the litany of complaints that are on the online forums concerning the false advertising of products at low prices, that are unavailable !
