Their phony website guarantees a no-questions-asked return policy.
They sent the wrong book. After 4 emails back and forth with Customer Care Mike, it turns out the onus is on me - because:
“So sorry, we stock by ISBN number, and we sent you the correct ISBN number. That's what you ordered, too bad,” says Mike, putting the blame on me.
So I pointed out that I ordered a book TITLE not an ISBN number! And the title they sent was wrong!
And I pointed out the ad on their website, which I ordered from, which shows the actual title I ordered, which they acknowledged on their order form.
After that I heard nothing more from Customer Care Mike.
By the way, I bought several other books from them in the same order. They were rated “good condition” on their website but they were “fair” to “poor” condition at best. Phony company.
