I first tried their online customer service form but got no response. So I called them and they informed me that the 14 day exchange period had passed. I said that I am happy with the speakers, they are simply defective and I would like to exchange them. They would not budge and told me to go talk to the manufacturer.<br>Why waste your time with a place that has customer service like this? I see why this site says Staples does not participate in monitoring and feedback. They would be overwhelmed with all of the problems.
