I saw a very good price on some Toshiba external hard drives this seller was selling. Placed a order for two drives on 5/15/11, was surprised to receive a email from the seller stating that one of the drives was unavailable and requested further instruction from me. Authorized the sale of the drive that was available on 5/16/11, and it was supposedly shipped and dispatched on 5/17/11; my credit card was charged on the same day. Waited several weeks with no sign of the drive, decided to check on the order status...and found out that my order was cancelled without my knowledge! The seller failed to inform me of the cancellation, and also failed to communicate why they cancelled the order. I am currently disputing the transaction with my credit card company.

I will never do business with this company again, and highly discourage anyone else from doing business with this company. Cancelling orders without telling the customers is totally unacceptable!

My order was processed quickly and without any problems. Shipping was also very quick and arrived far ahead of the delivery estimate. I highly recommend buying from this merchant.
