I called CS and told them that I wanted a backpack that would be ideal for riding with a motorcycle. They quickly directed me to one that a fellow workmate with a motorcycle purchased and why he chose that one. They did not try to push me to buy their own brand and did not try to up sell. I also demoed two racquets at the same time.

I live in California and the items came the following day. The backpack was just as good as they recommended fitted my needs perfectly. The items came with premade UPS stickers for an easy return. I would definitely recommend them again because of their fast support and fast and free shipping.

Newegg.com in my opinion is the best online computer store online. I love their CS as they are fast and REASONABLE at resolving issues. I have been using newegg for the past 4 years and I have not have had any major issues from them as of yet (I've purchased over 50 items). My only small issue was a batch of faulty Motherboards, but newegg was fast at sending a new one out, PAYING for return shipping, and the issue was not caused because of them but rather the manufacture.
