Kevin was very helpful and extremely prompt when replying to e-mails. There were a couple different problems that came in the process of building the computer. He promptly alerted me to the issues and gave recommendations. It's for this reason, that although I can handle building a computer on my own, it's so nice to have someone else handle them for you. The prices were quite reasonable also; not quite as cheap as some of the very cheap sites out there, but much less than the well known, expensive sites with just as good quality and probably better customer support. I would definitely shop here again.
