Update:
Company is extremely responsive and helpful. Had a problem with an item that arrived scratched, and left an email for them on the weekend. I got a call back on the weekend and spoke with Sterling. He handled the situation and by Monday afternoon had a replacement part shipped, 2-day. Now that is what I call service!!!
Initial Review:
Originally I had a bumpy but ultimately surprisingly fantastic experience with this company. I ordered some products, which their website said was in-stock, and then received an email that one of the items was NOT in stock as advertised. Since I needed the part asap, I cancelled the order from Monarch and ordered from another vendor.
That night, I got a call from Sterling at Monarch computers, and he told me there had been a mistake, that they indeed did have the item in stock, and would I like them to keep the order--meanwhile bumping my shipping from 2-day to overnight?
I was shocked to get such personal service from this company. No company or system is perfect, and he explained that there had been some glitch in their software or stocking process.
So, I am very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the outcome. Would definitely do business with them again.
PS, Sterling called me at 6:40 pm my time (CA), which meant he was calling at 9:40 pm his time. Impressive!
