1. Tool to locate parts is very comprehensive
2. Very reasonable price
3. Return policy is good. I previously ordered wrong parts, RMA# was provided. Though I paid for return shipping, no restocking fees were charged since I re-order with corrected part numbers
4. Good online interactions, and customer supports
5. Will definitely come back to this site in future

The overall experience in dealing with vanitiesonsale.com was absolutely the best that any customers could expect.

Pros:
. Extraordinary customer service: I want to credit Lucas, the gentleman behind this best purchase. Lucas was very professional, understanding, flexible, responsive, and most importantly of all, Lucas made us feel that he was on our side throughout this transaction.
. Lowest price: We scouted the net between 20 - 30 sites, with no less than actual 40-hours combined between me and my wife over a 2-week period. This is the absolute lowest price
. Great web site: very easy to navigate, friendly, and informative.
. Shipping and handling: Our shipment went through a distance of more than 3,000 miles. The package of 3 large and heavy items was shipped immediately, arrived by at least 3 days soonner than its expected arrival, and everything was perfect. We even got them wheeled into the garage from the huge 18-wheeler truck, which parked on the street due to its weight. Btw, our driveway is nearly 250 ft long. Just a perfect job!

Cons:
. Nothing significant enough to report here, but just for completeness, I found one minor typo: the rounded "up" of the mirror dimensions caused a little confusion, but it was quickly explained.

We definitely will go back to this store for future purchases, and will strongly recommend anyone to this e-tailer.

Pros:
. Competitive pricing
. Friendly customer service, though I did encounter a "less than friendly" CS later on when I queried on delivery-related questions
. Large inventory to select from
. Friendly web site design, easy to navigate
. Quick shipping; and free shipping on many items, or when the order reaches certain amount

Cons:
. Some items lack the image, and could cause confusion, especially on plumbing-related items that customers don't see them "once a lifetime" ;)
. I order an item that is not available, though the web site shows it is. That item got removed in the process, but 3 days later, it's still listed there, and if you google it, it's there too. Minor but inconvenience!

Solid e-tailer!
I've researched extensively to finalize my purchase of the Garmin nuvi 265 WT here:
. lowest price, no tax, could have gotten free s/h, but my travel date forced me to get 2-3 day shipping, still a great deal!
. trouble-free: product was shipped the next business day via FedEx, and arrived at my home a day after that
. absolutely will do business again, if the price is right ;)
. web experience was good, better than average

Do NOT ever buy "Platinum Premium Membership Club" from this company.
On this date I received email from eCost advertising Wii Fit with Wii Balance Board at a "very" attractive price. In this same email, other "hot gift" items were advertised way below market price (as low as 10-20 cents for a dollar). The catch is one has to be a member of their "Platinum Premium Membership Club", which costs $39.95.

I paid for this membership, and was never able to purchase anything that they advertised. This company had come up with a too clever advertisement scheme that amounts to anything but fraudulent practice. Unfortunately I was victimized of such "tricky" business.

I have spent numerous amount of time hoping/trying to get these "Platinum" items to no avail. As of today, 01/08/09, roughly 3 weeks passed, I've not purchased anything for Platinum members. I wanted a full refund, and was outright rejected, based on their terms and conditions.
Well, the lesson is: "Don't ever be enticed by eCost fraudulent advertisements for Platinum Club."

As a result of this experience, I'm staying away from eCost for good.

Update 01/22/09
eCost customer service staffs are trained to 'click this, click that, etc...' Just so that they can point out how their 'tricky business practices' are actually protected with disclaimers, terms and conditions, etc...
The last thing I want to deal with for my online purchases is to deal with company such as eCost. They will always be protected, at the cost of customers.

I'd like to reaffirm that "newegg.com is absolutely at the top when it comes to online shopping: low price, many offers with free shipping, good customer service, and a great web site."

Just a few minutes ago, such a great satisfactory online purchasing experience was repeated at newegg.com:
The Bose® In-Ear Headphones, Item #: N82E16826627002, was on sale for $89.95, with free S/H, and no sale tax for MA.
Crystal honored the $25.00 price adjustment that newegg.com had previously offered to me. Once she knows that this item is a Christmas gift, she did me a great favor by upgrade the free shipping to get it out to me sooner.
It was absolutely a great online transaction!

WARNING: One among of the worst site, stay away from it!

I was under pressure to get a Christmas gift in time (and doing it from abroad, even more pressure) I didn't have time to look up this site thru resellerratings.com, and I'm paying for my mistake: no Christmas gift ever showed up at my love one's door!

Here is their exact 'confirmation email', which the moment I read it, I already sensed something will go wrong.

Very satisfied!
This last purchase was among a string of 4 separate orders. All was completed within a few weeks timeframe. All was among the best price. Great S/H policy with many were free. Customer service was responsive when I called to report a badly packaging (my first order with J&R). That customer service gave me trust to put through three more orders, and no disappointment. the remaining packages came with top notch packaging; a far improvement from the first order.
Will come back again!
