Those items could have easily gone in a padded envelope. As a retired business owner, I am aware of UPS cost both to the public and a frequent shipper like Full Compass. A large catalog from Full Compass came in the mail several days later, it makes sense now how it\u0027s distribution costs were paid for. There were two .50 cent switches the size of this \u0022H\u0022 total cost $16.00. Sorry for the delayed response.
You're right, the shipping price is outrageous. Our website doesn't do a good job of deciding the cheapest way of shipping and will default to the lowest UPS rate. This is something we hope to have fixed when we implement a new software package sometime in the next year or so.
I will have the shipping charges credited back to your card.
