I placed an order for indigo leaf extract with this company on 2/10, and on 2/13 I emailed to find out the ship date and was told the item was not in stock. Dan offered to ship straight indigo leaf powder instead, and I agreed. A week or so later I discovered that Kalyx had billed my credit card on 2/12 (the day before Dan told me that the item was not in stock).
Two more emails to find out the status went unanswered, so on 2/24 I registered a dispute with my credit card issuer.
I have four problems with Kalyx:
1. There was no indication on the website that the item was out of stock.
2. I wasn't informed after my purchase that the item was out of stock.
3. Kalyx billed my credit card before shipping.
4. My email inquiries went unanswered.
So, I will not be doing business with them again.
