After placing my order on Nov. 30th, I received an email confirmation later that day and then nothing and I mean nothing. I never received the product and had to email them 9 days later to find out that they cancelled the order without telling me. Yes, they cancelled the order! Who rates this company high? They must be friends and family. I will shop elsewhere without question.
