I've placed two orders with PetFoodDirect.com now. They are pretty slow with the shipping (don't be surprised if it takes as long as 4 business days before they get your order out the door), but their prices are good.

I had to return my first order unopened for unrelated reasons (vet suggested new & better formula), and even that went fine. The customer service rep was courteous and they refunded my money promptly.

Finally, none of the suspicious charges that other reviewers have mentioned have shown up on my credit card statements.

I read the reviews of Instawares here *after* I'd ordered, so I was a little concerned... but everything went perfectly smoothly. Price was good, shipping was prompt, and I got exactly what I ordered.

Granted, my order was small and simple (11" frying pan and 4.5 qt saucepan, both from the same manufacturer), so there wasn't much they could mess up... but based on my experience, I'd order more cookware from them in the future, definitely.

As a side note, it did look like my order was drop-shipped from the manufacturer. But I don't have a problem with that.
