Very fast processing and consistant email updates. This was a very smooth and easy transaction. First class all the way. They were also the only online merchant that I could find that still stocked this product.

Same issue as everyone else. Received email about verification. Called and was given a hard sell and was told that I was being sold the Japanese model, not the USA model on the website. DO NOT trust this merchant. Was skeptical also about the phone system & operator. I quickly cancelled my order and contacted my cc company immediately after finding out about this. They still put up a fight when trying to cancel (wasn't as strong as the verification part). Seemed justified, but after reading this site I realized it was too good to be true.

Steer clear!
