The website was easy to use, the ordering process--including selecting options for print size, framing, shipping, etc.--was straightforward, and the customer service was excellent. I was contacted soon after ordering and made aware that the photo (of the Chicago Skyline) that I ordered was 12 years old and that they had a recently updated version. They said they would ship that instead, but if I found I\u0027d prefer the older one, they\u0027d replace it. The print was shipped promptly and arrived well-packaged. All around, very personal service and great quality.
