In summary, an excellent experience. The machine that I spec'd needed to be a machine that could handle gaming performance, low noise, and reliability. When I placed my order, there was some details that I needed to clairify. Alex called me and took care of those needs as well as providing some additional options for a better video card. He took the time to find out what my specific uses for the machine would be and helped my optimize the system to best suit my needs. Also, I was very impressed with the quility control, as during testing, they discovered that the video board was defective and replaced it. Alex provided me with updates as progress was made during the assembly and testing, so there was no need for concern. He called me to tell me when the unit was ready and shipped out Monday afternoon, and I received it Wednesday morning. The box was well packed and there was no damage or defects. After hooking up the unit, I turned it on and everything worked perfectly, right of out the box. This is a very powerful machine, and I would recommend anyone to purchase their next computer here.
