There were delivery problems with this order, which was FedEx\u0027s fault, not theirs. But after that, they totally bungled this transaction. <br><br>After they got the package back, I had to repeatedly bug them over 5 days to get a response. When the finally replied, they promised to get it out overnight that day. But they did not.<br><br>After bugging them repeatedly over the following two weeks, again with no response, they finally responded. I explained that I had to have it for a client install by a certain date. So, they again promised to send it out overnight that very day.<br><br>It finally shipped 5 days later -- and not by overnight service. Intel strictly forbids the sale of engineering samples, yet these clowns sell them as new OEM CPUs.<br><br>I contacted them, and they tried to tell me that I was wrong and that it was a actually new OEM CPU. I\u2019m a computer tech \u2013 I know what an engineering sample is.
