I ordered 2 USR 5699b modems, and they shipped model #263091-oem. I contacted customer service, and instead of being helpful and courteous, the rep had a bad attitude and decided to argue with me. He even told me the modem I got was what they shipped instead of the 5699b. I finally told him I wanted to return them for a refund, and he said they would be picked up the next day. 4 days later no pickup, so I wrote the company a letter and filed a complaint with the BBB. Finally today, 9 days later, the package was picked up.
I strongly recommend no one use this company; there are too many good places to do business without having to go through the hassels these people put you through.
