I searched for a good on-line store with decent warranty for a D95-LMP Toshiba lamp. The web page showed my lamp and correct part number and I ordered it. The lamp arrived the next day! but it was the wrong part. I tried calling the 888 number on the packing list and "all lines are busy" continued all day. I double checked the web site and the number was correct. I finally emailed and they wanted a 20% restocking fee because I... ordered the wrong part. I don't think this was the case because I order a lot and my second search brough me back to the exact page for the part I needed. I wan't going to argue, I removed the screws for the lamp in the wrong housing and placed it in the correct housing. Works fine... so much for the warranty
