I ordered Xerox brand ink sticks for a Xerox Phaser printer in the afternoon from this Illinois based business. Price for order was best price I found. I paid for standard shipping (not premium shipping) and expected the order to arrive in a few days or the following week. You can imagine my amazement when UPS was knocking on my door in western Colorado less than 24 hours later with my order. (they must have a Denver warehouse). This has been my only order with Concord, but the experience has been excellent and I would buy from them again.
