What an amazing store - and amazing people! It is rare in this day and age that you find people willing to go the "extra mile." Michael does. I had some questions about my order, the product, and the installation procedure. Mike himself spoke with me and walked me through everything. Wow! When it came time for the purchase and shipment, it was very easy and very fast. Upon receipt of the product, it was exactly as described. A breath of fresh air from other resellers and eBay sellers who offer only defective, counterfeit, or otherwise unofficial products. The installation went flawlessly as did the activation process. Microsoft instantly recognized the genuine nature of my OS. I simply could not have asked for a better experience.
