I had some problems with ordering and canceling an order and was helped out by Luke in sales (who also spent considerable time helping me with the original order). The problem took several emails to straighten out and every time I emailed Luke answered the email within a couple of hours each time (most stores you're lucky if you get a response within a week!)all this was done for just an $11 order. This company is truly a top notch store and very lucky to have an employee like Luke. I would do business with them again and highly recommend them to any one. And I want to personally thank Luke for all his help.

This store is absolutely THE BEST especially customer service. If you're afraid of returns don't be. I purchased a Canon EOS 50D camera with a few accessories-flash cards-UDMA card reader-300mm lens-tripod-18-200mm lens plus a few more things for the camera. I had to return the UDMA card reader because it wouldn't work so I emailed them as per instructions on their site and the same day they emailed me back with an RMA #. Being used to most stores not paying for return shipping I paid for it. The next day I received another email with the return info and prepaid label. I emailed them back and told them that I had jumped the gun and returned the reader via USPS. They said no problem that they would reimburse the amount I spent . The very day they received the return package I got an email telling me that they had received it and would start processing the return. The next day I got another email telling me it was processed and the return was OKed. 3 days later I received my refund plus the $4.50 I paid for shipping. I have NEVER gotten a refund from ANY store in less than 4 weeks and most of the time I'm always calling to inquire about the refund. On their site they say that you must return your item within 15 days..that said I changed my mind about the 300mm lens and wanted the 100-400mm lens instead (2 weeks later) and called them asking if I could return the lens and get the other lens instead. They said no problem and immediately sent an RMA# prefilled...no penalties no restock fees (shipping on my dime of course as should be). Again the very same day they received the return I got an email telling me it was received and being processed and again the day after that I got another email confirming the refund and again the refund was back on my credit card 3 days later. This store has become the ONLY store I will buy my camera supplies from because I know that I can trust their honesty. No bait and switch no hounding phone calls asking if you want accessories and trying to get you to buy more things. Their prices are very competitive and most times they beat all other (legit) stores. I hope this review helps someone that might be having heart palpitations about large purchases or any purchases because of customer service nightmares.
