decided to buy from sybercom when neweeg was on back order for the PNY quadro4 graphics card I needed to build a friend a computer. I called ahead of time to make sure that the card was in stock and was quite pleased with the quick answer of the phone. The lady was quite polite and even called me back after she went to confirm that they did indeed have the card in stock. With that experience and the rating given to them here on RR i went ahead and ordered. Granted I ordered from three other vendors the same night and with the same CC. Well after over a week had passed I decided to call and find out the status only to be told that they had sent an email on 1/29 that the credit card bill to did not match the ship to address. We saved every email pertaining to these transactions and never recieved another letter other than the confirmation of the order. Lady, polite again (cant fault that) offered to try to rerun CC tomorrow and if good would ship, but still ground, five more days to deliver. I don't think so. Cancelled order and reordered with Newegg which now has item in stock. Sorry sybercom, I always like to give the little guys some business but if you can't even afford a phone call to let people know of a problem then I guess you should get this bad rating. I doubt I'll try your service again. Too bad because you had a decent rating.
