One word describes the buying experience from etrailer.com....WOW. Customer service (Bridget) answered my questions about the product I needed before placing the actual order. She was both pleasant and professional. Once the order was placed...again just WOW. Shipping was QUICK and product was boxed well. Thanks for a great shopping experience etrailer. If and when I need anything else for towing and or coupling the tow unit and trailer you will be my first choice to shop.
