Ordered my items on 1/9, had my credit card charged on 1/10. 2 weeks later, with the order still pending, I had to inquire as to the status of the order. Was told at that time that they would confirm with the warehouse and let me know. Over a week later after no response, I had to inquire again only to find out that the order has been cancelled with no notification to me. Was also informed at that time that I would not be refunded for at least 7 business days. So after they sat on my money for a month and cancelled my order with no communication, I must wait another 7 business days to use that money to buy the replacement from a better site. Good thing this wasn't a gift that I needed by a specific date; oh wait, yes it was.
Will never use this site again and will encourage friends to spend a bit more to use a more trustworthy site.
