And I haven\u0027t received back one cent yet. I am following up with them since 6\/27\/07, made several calls (always end up talking to a Gary, seems the only guy working there), and each time it is the same story: the rebates have been accepted, then processed then approved, but nothing has been mailed yet. I am not 100% sure, but so far, it seems like a big scam to me. If I don\u0027t hear anything back by the mid sept. 2007, I will file a complaint with the BBB of Phoenix.
