Ordered an iPad from macconnection.com in late April when the wait time was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks came and no iPad. I emailed customer services asking when I would receive my item and they pushed the shipment date to "the end of May" with no more explanation other than it was Apple's fault for not shipping more iPads to them. One would think that the authorized Apple resellers' timeline for delivery would be similar to Apple's, but the delay on shipments from the Apple store is around 1-2 weeks for iPads and has been for the last month. To echo what some others have said here, you might save some cash on the shipping/taxes, but you'll get a much better experience by going straight to the apple store rather than having to deal with this slow, unresponsive rseller.
