I'm disgusted with the customer service! I sent a JCPenny gift card of about $60 and got an amazon gift code for $49. Was not worth it, but I still went on a shopping spree at Amazon. I tried selling a Best Buy gift card worth $28.34 I wanted to do the transaction electronically, but forgot to ask for that option. I went to customer service to try to change the method of transaction and it took me two days to finally have it cancelled, then when I try to redo the transaction electronically, the system wont let me because I've already made a transaction with the card (even though it's been cancelled). I've waited 3 days for a fix to this. I got a response from someone called "supervisor" telling me it would be forwarded to the appropriate person. Why couldnt he do it? He's the supervisor! Still no response and I doubt I will get one. I called Plastic Jungle and lo and behold the call was sent to India. She said the gift card couldn't be sold electronically (even though the option is given on the website). I just want to exchange my best buy gift card for an amazon gift card electronically. Is that so hard?? I tried CardPool, they're the only other website that offers electronic transactions. But they ask for credit card information. I don't have a credit card, but even if I did I wouldnt give it to them.
