I ordered a tow hitch from Rack N' Road Seattle for my 2011 Nissan Frontier that was due for installation on 03/03/2012. I had to cancel the order for personal reasons. I knew there was a restocking fee for the tow hitch since it had to be brought into the store, but I was disappointed to find out that I was also charged separate restocking fees for hitch installation, electrical installation, and the off-the-shelf electrical harness. It's annoying but I don't know what my recourse is as a consumer.
Update for 03/02/2012: Nathan, the owner of Rack N' Road and Chris, the store manager, both contacted me to apologize for the confusion. Talk about instant customer service! We got it all straightened out and they promised to refund me the install and other charges. The sour taste in my mouth sweetened after all. I would gladly go to Rack N' Road again for future purchases.
