I ordered a replacement DVD burner for a customers laptop. EVENTUALY they sent me a burner, the wrong burner. They wanted me to pay shipping to replace it. After some argument they agreed to pay return shipping. Weeks passed. Getting ahold of some one there is impossible. The only way to speak to human is to call the sales extension, which the do answer, and get some one there to transfer you, and specify that you dont want voice mail.
I finaly got to talk to Ivan in returns. He assured me that my return was processed and I could check after 7:30 PM one thier webiste at whcih point it would update with the fedex tracking info. This never happened.
Eventually I got ahold of some one else over there, now a total of 20 days had gone by since i first placed my order. The were now telling me that the never had to corret part in stock, so they issued a refund. Which they never bothered to let me know. And there was no explination as to why they had told me the correct item was allready processed and shipped.
Then I had to struggle my way around their phone system to try and get some kind of confirmation for the refund. which the said they would fax to me, and I still have not recieved. Three weeks later, no item, no confirmation of a refund, and no contact whatsoever from the anyone at a2z.
The employees there are all agrumentative, the hinder instead of help, they have only a basic grasp of english, and they are unwilling to get you in touch with those you need to talk to.
Unless you enjoy abuse, disrespect, poor service, lies, and never getting what you order, AVOID A2ZCOMPUTERS
