Unfortunately, after spending a considerable amount of time picking the right size frame and accurately conveying my prescription,, the results were disappointing. The customer service was also unsatisfactory. Specifically, while the glasses do fit and the prescription seems accurate, the frame is very poorly constructed (read "cheap") rendering the wearability unacceptable. The metal nose pad brackets are folded around the plastic pads, like the way a cheap tin toy is made. Customer service first told me to take them to an optometrist to be fixed (is that showing responsibility?) Then they offered a discount on my next pair (why would I buy another pair if these are poor quality?) Then I was offered a refund of about half if I mailed them back (so I get NOTHING for my money?). The bottom line is that the glasses fit and I see well out of them, but the resulting quality and customer service is sadly inferior. So buyer beware.
