Now their support is NON-existent and to be honest sucks. I used to go to their retail store in Santa Clara when it was owned by Mike, Ed, and Ray but continued buying from them even though I moved to Austin, TX. Ever since they\u0027ve changed ownership it\u0027s all gone down hill as you can tell by their rating over the last year... it just keeps getting worse and worse.
