What ever happened to clerks that were trained on their products at Radio Shack? Yesterday I went to my local Radio Shack to pick up a Virgin Android Phone. I asked the clerk what the difference between the 2 phones offered. He had no idea. He made the Intercept with the slide out keyboard sound like the one for me.

When I got home I decided to google the 2 phones Intercept vs LG Optimus V. Hands down, the Intercept sucks and the Optimus got great reviews.

I tried to exchange the phone (unopened) at another store. They said they switched the $60 1st month usage fee over to the new phone. It took them 2 hours to figure out how to make the exchange. Got home and I don’t have the $60 on the new phone.

They couldn’t get any dumber, incompetent employees. (while I was there a customer came in with a print out of a particular VOM meter and they had no idea what it was. I had to assist. DUMB ASSES!)
