“Placed order as sited presented the lowest price for part online. However the part never was in stock. Received email that part is out of stock and ETA unavailable. Don't want to deal with store that don't know their stock and mislead customers.”

“I ordered a 2 ha Pioneer (SE-IRM290) IR Wireless Headphones, on 9/11/11. I have never received my order nor a update or tracking information. Nobody answered emails or phone calls. The message box is full so I wasn't able to leave a message. I will probably have to file a credit card chargeback.
Lost money and time. Don't trust this store if you don't want to loos your money.”

“The WORST store I've ever bought from . Ordered part half a year ago. They said it's special order estimated ship date: 2/23/2011. After 2 month they said that availability is unknown and they will not cancel order or refund. Had to contact my credit card company to return money.
Don't buy form them if you don't want to loose money.”

“Placed an order on this site. Haven't received it in time. When i called CS i found out that half of my order is not in stock and i have to wait. Eventually i received the first half. After more than a month they offered a refund. Paid by paypal . They said they will send a check. Already 2 weeks passed. Still waiting for refund.
Costumer service is terrible. A lot of time wasting.”
