After assuring me that the TV was definitely in stock and would be shipped in the next 48 hours, two days later they revealed that it was being drop shipped immediately and would arrive in a week. When that didn\u0027t happen, they said that there was product damage so it would be on the next truck out. AFter pressing them, they admitted it hadn\u0027t ever been shipped.<br><br>Meanwhile, they charged my AMEX card on the day of purchase. When asked today to provide credit, they invented story of needing a letter from me.
