There was not an ounce of willingness to serve the customer in him. In addition, and to make matters worse, he kept hanging up the phone. From a customer service perspective, this vendor is a nightmare. Hanging on hold for 10 minutes just to get immediate hang ups is not a type of business I want to conduct.
