I placed an order March 1st and by March 15th had received nothing. I contacted them by e-mail which they did respond to promptly, only to inform me that part of my order was on back order and they were sorry nobody contacted me to tell me. They cancelled that portion and refunded my money, and were to ship the in stock portion that week. As of April 2nd I have received nothing, and nobody at the shop even knows if anything was shipped! I cancelled the entire order! Over a month of back and forth!
