I was draw to this company by the very low price of the item I was shopping for. A Deni Vacuum sealer they had for $27 less than the lowest competitors. I placed my order and never got a confirmation e-mail. I became concerned after two days so I tried to follow up by tracking my order on their web site. It reported my order not being processed. After four days of wondering if my order was even going to be filled, I then get an e-mail telling me it was shipped. No tracking information. No information about how it was shipped or when it will arrive. I seem to recall doing business with TriState long time ago and cannot recall that experience but this one has not been my best in dealing with online merchants. I give them a 4 out of 10 in customer service. Oh and yes, I am still waiting and wondering when I will, or if I will receive my order!

BAIT & SWITCH!!! They list great price for what you want, then call you saying they don't have that item but they have a much more superior item at a much higher price. They will even give you a discount on that much more expensive item, but they will not give you the item you want!!! I cancelled my order!

I cancelled my order!

I found they had the Canon 5D Mark II with lens packages for the best price on the Internet, so I ordered. I got email that my order was processed. Next thing I know, my order was cancelled! Why? They had no inventory, but they could offer me another package deal for slightly more money. So let me get this straight, now I don't get what I want and I can buy something I don't want for more money? I would proceed with caution on these guys turf.
