This company's customer service is the worst. It's great while you are ready to buy something....but to call back with a question after they have already received your money is the worst. I will never buy from this company again.
Following my negative review and another attempt to correct my issue, my call was passed to the VP of this company. He immediately corrected the wrong lens and asked that I change my review. I have agreed to change my review IF he could promise that his company would never again disconnect any customer who is placed on hold prior to the closing hour, even if it means closing a few minutes late. He promised so I hope he will keep it for all customers' sake. If it happens to you....please post and make him aware of it...he reads his reviews appears daily. I have now received the correct lens that I had ordered prior to Christmas. Thank you, appreciate it.
