I am impressed by Parts People's inventory of parts for Dell computers. They are very professional and prompt with processing and shipping orders.

My major issue is with their prices. It is convenient that Parts People is a one-stop destination for all the parts you need, but after ordering my parts, I checked prices for the same parts through other merchants and I feel as if I overpaid. In many instances the differences in price was a bit disconcerting. For instance, I paid $30 for the bottom plastic but found it later for $10. Parts People has the touchpad/palm rest for $40 but it is avail from Amazon for $20. The price from Parts People was higher by a large percentage for everything I ordered. However, I used them because I needed the parts fast and wanted to order from one place without doing too much searching. It is not clear to me what accounts for the huge price difference and am interested to know.
