I purchased a laptop. The price is great. Later, I tried to add memory to it. So I called Page Computer and talked to the sales rep.
The laptop was shipped already (fast shipping. Good thing.), but, she could not tell me whether or not the laptop was shipped. All she could tell me was that the order has been sent to the distribution center.

She said, if I order over the phone, they charge a service charge of $20 or so. (I do not remember exact charge but big enough to not do so.)
Ordering on the phone is not an option.

Overall, they ship fast, and very good price for many stuff. But, the customer serivce wise, they have some room to improve such as giving more info about the merchandise on the web, clearer shipping status, and charging extra for phone order is not a pretty thing.

I purchased a iNav Combo kit (navigation software and GPS reciever). I was shipped with smallish Fedex box with decent packaging.
Overall, it is satisfactory.

DigiKey is well known for electronics lovers. (Just like Mouser.) However, I did not use them until now, and I am regretting that I did not.
The fullfilment is lightning fast. I ordered a few stuff worth $60 or so and three (3) hours later, I have an shipment notification with shipping number.

With very good search and PDF catalog, it is extremely easy to navigate the web site and find stuff you need. With its in-stock status right in front of you, you know you are dealing with good people.

Yeong Yang Case

I purchased Lunar ATX case (YY-5402) from Yeon Yang. Since the product is not widely available from many sources, this is the place to buy Yeong Yang.
As a retail store, this is just yet another Yahoo store, but, since this place is a company store, it gives me better confidence in the service than other retail stores.
As far as the product goes, I think that Yeong Yang's cases are very solid and honest products.

I purchased a few items. Fast and accurate shipment. Among them, a heatsink is missing the retention clip. I emailed the situation. The next day, NewEgg sent back the mail saying that they give me a full refund for the heat sink. Amazed.
The shipment was good, but, the customer support is the best part.
I wish all other companies borrow a page from NewEgg.

BTW, I declined the refund since the original manifacturer is sending me the missing clip.
