Avoid at all costs!

They listed my item as in stock, then marked it "shipped" after I placed my order. A week later I asked for a tracking number, and they admitted it was actually on backorder from the manufacturer, giving me another estimated ship date when they would get a new order. That date came and went with no communication from FuturePowerPC; meanwhile other retailers briefly had stock, but with my open order I did not order elsewhere. I asked if my order had shipped, and they delayed several days before telling me it had not shipped and the next estimated delivery was not for another month. Having been repeatedly lied to and denied an opportunity to order elsewhere while other retailers had stock, I finally canceled my order. I would never do business with them again.
