Just about every order that I have placed with OfficeMax has been canceled from a price mistake. Why bother buying anything from this place when you don't know if they will just cancel the order?

Ordered 4 pairs of Rockport shoes at $38 each. They sent an email saying they ran out of inventory yet the same day that email was sent they have then available at $88 and graciously offered a 25% off coupon. If they just said we screwed up the prices I would have been fine, but being dishonest like that they have lost another customer for good.

Avoid this place. Their regular prices are still more expensive compared to sales with Macy's etc.

I ordered a Panasonic phone combo as part of their Black Friday deals. I didn't get a confirmation until 5 hrs later. Then around 6 hrs later I get a cancellation stating that they had overwhelming demand and couldn't fulfill the order. How about an ordering system that has real time inventory so we don't waste our time and effort? They offered nothing as an alternative or a wait list for the item. Very poorly handled.

I have still not received my subscription and it is 11/16/2008, 4 months later 1 month over when it was expected. I've emailed their customer service two times in the past 3 weeks with no response.

I had ordered a CTX monitor and I have a problem with this monitor and wanted to get an even exchange for another one. I have left a message on Sunday 1/4/04 asking for a call back. I emailed the company on 1/5/04 and today 1/6/04 I have still not heard back. The monitor has a problem and I believe that I should not have to pay to ship it back. Now I can't get a hold of anyone in their 813 number and I am forced to return the monitor for a refund and take my business elsewhere. I have never felt left out as how this vendor has treated me.
