Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I too had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from this low-life company through Barnes & Noble. Misrepresented the book and then would not respond to inquiries about a refund afterward. Countless attempts to contact, continued no reply. I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I wish I would have read all of these reviews prior. I would never have purchased from them. I think Barnes & Noble needs to ban this seller because at this point, I would think twice about purchasing from Barnes & Noble ever again. Shameful!
